THE EVOLVING BLACK CHURCH PROJECT
Visioneering: Personal and Professional Coaching services to assist individuals, families, organizations, and/or communities to engineer vision; what should be, including but not limited to the development of a strategic and sustainability plan for the execution of the vision.
A consortium of pastors, para-ministry leaders, and theologians of the African Diaspora who seek to evaluate and empower the position of the Black Church at the intersection of the public square by appreciating and leveraging its rich history and the revelation of a promising future in order to create a more relevant and impactful present reality.
The Evolving Black Church Project sponsors symposiums and training seminars, provides technical assistance, and supports the development and exposure of emerging theologians of the African Diaspora.

A protocol with technical assistance designed to assist faith-based initiatives in their engagements (mission opportunities) within communities, local and/or global, in which they work alongside those whom they wish to minister for the development and/or sharing/nuancing of paradigms that resolve conflict and injustices while also supporting and promoting organic empowerment of those for whom minister in order to bring about transformation for the good.

REBUILDING COMMUNITY
A comprehensive community initiative addressing crime and
violence, with a particular emphasis on urban communities, that seeks to build respect, trust, collaboration, and sustainable working relationships that transform social norms and practices while also building capacity for collaborative implementation of data driven problem solving strategies. Inclusive of the initiative is a framework that addresses disparities as a result of structural racism within the criminal justice/neighborhood safety arena.
PARADISE - Paraíso
A global collaborative of social justice advocates of the African Diaspora seeking to share experiences in order to develop shared resolutions. The collaborative, a think tank comprised of cross-cultural practitioners and academicians, seeks to unite the struggle of the people of tHE African Diaspora by the identification of the similarities of struggles, the pooling of social, intellectual, and financial capital to jointly address those struggles, and the development of a strategic plan that unites as well as empowers the people of the African Diaspora.
